Athletic Performance
Gaining the edge on your competition during your off-season starts here. We will emphasize moving markers of athletic performance and evaluate growth along the way. This is training that focuses on transferrable skills as we make improvements in strength, speed, change of direction and mobility.
Olympic Lifting
Coaching will be focused around the Olympic Weightlifting movements: Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. You will learn how to properly move the barbell efficiently while also building explosive speed and strength. This is a great option for those looking to gain a better understanding of the Olympic movements as well as those looking to take their skills to the competitive platform.
Fitness Foundations
Focused on overall wellness, Fitness Foundations provides simple blend of weight training and cardio. Whether you’re new to training, stepping back into training after some time off, or just need a way to keep your fitness routine exciting…this training package is sure to keep you motivated as you through results. Not only will you see your body change, but you’ll feel great too!
Powerlifting
A true “foundation” for overall strength lies in the the big three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. Our goal with the Powerlifting program is to maximize your raw strength. This is a phenomenal option for those looking to build a solid base and will also provide opportunities to compete in the sport through local meets.
